Billing System Update Notice

Lancaster Customers,

The City of Lancaster has changed billing companies, and you will notice a new look to your utility bill.

• This month: All customers will receive a billing card.

• Starting next month: Customers with more than one account will receive their bills in an envelope for added convenience.

If you currently use the online payment system, you will need to set up your account again after January 1, 2026. The new billing system will officially switch over on December 31, 2025.
