Park Facilities
The City of Lancaster's park facilities are available to groups and citizens to reserve for family gatherings, group parties, picnics, meetings, or other events. Park reservations are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please call city hall and reserve a shelter. No fees are required but we do accept donations. For additional information or to see if a specific date is available, contact City Hall. The city has several fishing pond/lakes available to the public.

Jaycee Park and Spencer Lake

Jaycee Park: Picnic and playground area with grills, shelters, restrooms and basketball court.
Spencer Lake: the new jetties are wonderful for youth fishing. The lake has a grass walking path, which provides access to the entire lake. Finding the best fishing spot is easy to do.

Paul Bloch Memorial Recreational Area
